Every Odo mentor is an experienced, trained early-years educator, and every class keeps a gentle 6:1 student–teacher ratio.

A decade in education, and her passion truly comes alive with the littlest learners. For her, teaching young children is a love story. She creates classrooms where children feel safe, loved and free to explore, and brings her background in music and physical education into the mix to spark creativity and confidence.

Holds an Honours degree in B.Sc Home Science, specialising in Human Development. After exploring fashion design and teaching, she followed her heart back to preschool, where her true joy lies. She brings fine arts, theatre, dance, music and craft into the classroom, from singing rhymes to making numeracy fun with movement and play.

Nine years of teaching at some of Goa's most renowned holistic preschools, with formal teacher training in literacy and numeracy. Her philosophy centres on nurturing independence, creativity and curiosity, and she happily welcomes the famous "100 whys" that come her way each day.

A bachelor's degree and a Diploma in Elementary Education, with over four years as a Senior Assistant Teacher. She designs meaningful sensory-bin experiences and is an integral part of our gardening lessons, where children dig, sow seeds and watch their plants grow.

A Bachelor's in Psychology and a Diploma in Special Education, with over five years across special and mainstream classrooms. A Special Educator by profession, she builds positive, inclusive classrooms and trusting relationships that help every child learn and grow.
